The Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City Booth officially opened today at IMEX Frankfurt 2024 in the presence of Mr. Luu Xuan Dong, Vietnam Consul General in Frankfurt, Mr. Tran Ngoc Dong Quan, Head of Travel Management Division and Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Delegation, Mr. Cao Chinh Mien, General Manager of Vietnam Airlines Branch in Germany, and Mr. Martin Koerner, Vice Chairman of the German Business Association in Vietnam and Group Commercial Director at The Anam Group.

       At the heart of IMEX Frankfurt, from 14 to 16 May 2024, the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Pavilion (Booth C380, Messe Frankfurt) will emerge as a beacon of innovation and cultural richness.       Enhancing its appeal to European travelers, Vietnam has reinstated a 15-day visa exemption for citizens from key European countries, facilitating easier travel and showcasing Ho Chi Minh City's commitment to attracting international visitors. Complementing this, Vietnam Airlines is launching new routes connecting Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with Munich, Germany, using the Boeing 787. Initially, the Hanoi-Munich route will have two flights per week, and the Ho Chi Minh City-Munich route will start with a weekly flight, increasing in December. These expansions not only offer direct connections but also underscore Vietnam Airlines' role in bridging Vietnam with Europe, promising enhanced accessibility and travel experiences for visitors.
